Helm ran in the 2024 election as a candidate endorsed by the Constitution Party for the 10th Congressional District of North Carolina. The Constitution Party is a coalition of republican and democratic voters who want common sense policies, real dialogue, and functional government. We value the Constitution. We Welcome You!
While the Constitution Party is a national party and already on the ballot in 12 states, Helm is working to have his independent party recognized by the State Board of Elections in North Carolina.

The Constitution Party of North Carolina is charged with collecting 14,000 signatures from registered voters so that the party can regain ballot access and endorse candidates for the 2026 and 2028 election cycle.
Democracy requires deliberation. More voices, voices that are not beholden to the established parties, asking the government to do its job, are good for America.
Help independent and unaffiliated patriots, like HELM, take back the government.
1. Print the signature collection form.
2. At the top, write the name of your North Carolina county.
3. Collect only signatures of NC registered voters from one county on one paper form.
4. Call Todd Helm (336 582 8857) or CPNC Chairman Vinny Smith (919 801 2504) to notify the party and make a plan for turning in signatures forms to your local county board of elections. The county will verify that the individuals who signed each form are registered voters. The county will also verify that the person signing actually understood that the purpose for the petition is to help an independent party, The Constitution Party, gain ballot access.

Helm is building a network of republican, democrat, independent and realist voters.
In a day and age when big money wins elections, each party and each candidate needs a grassroots organization of patriots who enjoy working together. Successful candidates maintain a network of local residents who vote, who give campaign contributions of $10 to $50 per year, and who act by filling volunteer service roles within the party and on local candidate committees.
The Constitution Party and Helm as a candidate who was endorsed by the party in 2024 are in the process of building a network of patriots in North Carolina and a coalition of citizens in the 10th congressional district who agree that the single best way to move forward and change the culture of US government is to write and to pass a balanced federal budget.
